Location Location Location !!! Our historic 1904 home, beautiful duplex, is located in the famous Italian neighborhood, the Hill. This is a 1200 square feet, 2BR/1BA apartment on the second floor. Many Italian restaurants, bakeries and shops are within a walking distance. Also less than a 10-minute drive to SLU, Wash U, Barnes Jewish, Cardinal Glennon, Forest Park, Botanical Garden, St. Louis Zoo, The Arch, Anheuser Busch Brewery and the famous St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium and CITYPARK.

The space

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor. Master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress. The living room has a 55″ TV with ROKU. The unit was remodeled in 2016. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and beautiful dark cabinets. Each unit has its own washer and dryer set in the basement.
